The Malta Cyber Series is back with its Sixth Edition featuring a Tekken 7 Tournament!
This year’s competition consists of three online tournaments acting as qualifiers, that then lead to a Main Event being held physically in Malta. The Main Event will be a high-quality broadcasted event streamed on all the major platforms, featuring a live audience show with participating international players.
What should you look forward to in this year’s edition?
Prize Pool
A whopping €5000 will be up for grabs for players that make it to the Main Event.
Qualifiers
A total of 5 players, 3 from Online Qualifiers and 2 from the Regional Qualifiers will earn a spot in the Main Event where flights and accommodation will be covered. Both the Online and Regional Qualifiers are free to enter.
Last Chance Qualifier
A Last Chance Qualifier will be held in Malta on the 5th of November during Playcon, during which the top placed 8 players will earn a spot in the Main Event. We highly recommend purchasing your ticket for the Last Chance Qualifier as only a limited number are up for grabs.
Invited Players
The Main Event will also feature 3 invited players, who will be joining the previously Qualified players for a shot at becoming the Malta Cyber Series VI: Tekken 7 Champion. Stay tuned on our website and social media channels for more information covering the invited players.
Main Event
The Main Event will take place in Malta on the 6th of November. The event will feature the 16 players that made it from each of the above phases.
Follow the Action
All Qualifiers as well as the Main Event will be live streamed although we recommend that you make your way to Malta, participate in the Last Chance Qualifier and whatever the outcome be part of the fun in the Main Event.
