Another distinguished Tekken 7 player joins the ranks of the Malta Cyber Series VI: Tekken 7 Tournament as Hoa “Anakin” Luu becomes the second invited player to the Main Event.
Anakin began his Tekken career on Playstation 1 constantly competing with family members before venturing to Tekken Tag Tournament at arcades, a move that sparked his passion for competitive Tekken and gave him a strong drive to improve and challenge more seasoned and experienced players. Anakin later joined the local Tekken scene in Atlanta and began taking part in their events to hone his abilities against skilled opponents.
His most notable achievements to date include finishing first in the Tekken World Tour 2019 Americas Standings and second in the Tekken World Tour 2019 Global Standings. On the roster of Red Bull Esports, he’s currently ranked as one of the top two players in his area.
